WHY PASSIVE MANNER

SIFO works in a passive manner. 

The Mechanism:

• SIFO was controlled by your camera hot shoe.
• All exposure parameters were set on your camera, No need to set such parameters on SIFO again.
• After your camera releases the shutter, the camera will instruct SIFO to rotate once.

Compared with Active Motion Device:

• Active Motion Control devices work this way: The devices control your camera.
• First set the parameter on the device.
• Then set the parameter again in your camera to work with the device.
• Some of them do not compatible with your camera's built-in timelapse App.
• The active device does not support the sunset and sunrise situation which need super long time span.
