All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays.


We ship worldwide. 


Currently, we have 4 warehouses.

🇺🇸 US warehouse, for our US users, parcel usually arrives in 1-7 days.

🇪🇺 EU warehouse, for most EU countries, parcel usually arrives in 1-7 days.

🇦🇺 AU warehouse, for our Australia and New Zealand users, parcel usually arrives around 1-7 days.

🇨🇳 CN warehouse, for all countries, parcel arrives in 4-7 or 8-20 days, please check below for details.


For our CN warehouse, we send our products by using Expedited Shipping and Standard Post.

Expedited Shipping takes 4 to 7 days to arrive and Standard Post takes 8 to 20 days to arrive. These shipping time may vary at different times of the year.

If the shipping address is in the list of Expedited Shipping's remote area, we will send by using Standard Post shipping.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking number one day later. The real-time tracking info will be available in the time for DHL/Fedex shipping. But for Standard Post shipping, the tracking info won't be available until the package has arrived in the destination country.


Standard Post: FREEusually takes around 8-20 days to arrive in the current holiday season.

Expedited Shipping (DHL and Fedex): $30/order.

DHL will charge a high surplus for remote area, we will switch to Standard Post by default for remote area.


Orders will be sent from US, EU warehouse first, if they happen to run out of stock, then we will ship from our China warehouse.

For US warehouse, there will be no duties and tax for our users.

For EU warehouse, there will be no VAT and import tax for our users.

For CN warehouse, standard shipping, there will be no VAT and import tax for our users.

For CN warehouse, Expedited shipping, it will arise VAT and import tax for European and Canada users. The receiver should pay for the import tax. Move Shoot Move do not pay for import tax.

We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice, but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee that they will be in advance. The customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  Any packages returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom fees, customers are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs of the order.

Caution: We do not accept any refund due to import Tax occurred.
