Great panning ball head, that makes things easier for creating pano. The double panning can be used for different situations including vertical and horizontal panning at the same time if need be
After getting the NOMAD from MSM I realized that I needed a better ball head to make alignment and camera movement easier. I like that the ball head has two notches for those times when you have to tilt the camera way back to get an angle really high up. My other ball head has only one. The MSM ball head offers great value for the cost.
I've enjoyed using this ball head. Yes, it's a little bigger than my other ball heads, but its feel is solid and movement is smooth. Definitely recommend this.
