Just recently received my order for the Nomad tracker, and what a perfect piece of kit it is. I can set it up in a matter of minutes with the laser alignment tool. Once aligned I can track the milky way for 2, 3 or 4 minutes so far with pin point stars and fantastic detail in my milky way photos. I would highly recommend this tracker to anyone who is into taking astro landscape photography. The Nomad is so small and light which also makes it perfect for travelling. Great job MSM.

This device works really well for landscape astrophotography. Its size and weight is perfect to bring it anywhere with your camera and gear. So far im getting 30 second and 60 second pics without any star trails. I used the lazer pointer to line the Nomad up to polaris, I mounted my Canon 600d ( with battery grip) and samyang 14mm f2.8 lense onto the Alyn Wallace V plate to take pics. Weather has turned bad here in Ireland ( Dublin).A 90 second + test using the polar scope kit is next......clear skies!!

It’s great. Does what it’s supposed to do. Easy set up for beginners of star tracking.

Not had the clear skies to use it properly, however the set seems reasonably straightforward. An additional ball head or v mount appear to be needed.
I like how compact the system is.

I ordered the move shoot move nomad for a trip to Tenerife this year. Lucky it arrived on time. First time using it. Well I can say setup is easy and quick. Handy for travel. Easy to use and loads of videos on YouTube for setup guides. So if your looking for a tracker that is easy to use and easy to travel with. This is it. Thanks team MSM. Oh one last thing. I recently purchased the Move Shoot Move Nomad tracker and I’m very happy with the results so far. Setup was straightforward, and it’s been a fantastic tool for capturing sharp, detailed night sky shots. The build quality feels solid, and it’s compact enough to carry easily for trips and hikes.

My first tests show that the Nomad star guider works very well. No trailing at 60 sec up to 250mm. The guider is very handsom and light. So it is my companion on future trips.
