🇦🇺 AU warehouse, for our Australia and New Zealand users, parcel usually arrives around 1-7 days.

🕒 Time Frame

This extended warranty covers your tracker for an additional year beyond the original 1-year warranty — providing 2 years of total coverage from the original parcel delivery date.

✅ What’s Covered

Condition 1: Tracker not working and fails the one-hour test

If your tracker is not functioning and fails to run for at least one hour during testing—even after following the recommended troubleshooting steps—it is covered for replacement under the extended warranty.

Condition 2: Tracker moves and passes the one-hour test, but still has tracking issues

If the tracker appears to work normally and passes the one-hour test, but your issue remains unresolved after applying our repair suggestions, it is also eligible for replacement.

Condition 3: Missing Accessories

Some users may not use the tracker right away and only realize accessories are missing after the standard 1-year warranty period.

With this extended warranty, we will resend the missing accessories via standard post shipping.

❌ What’s Not Covered

Battery aging or degradation

The battery is not covered under the extended warranty. Battery wear and reduced performance over time is considered normal and expected.

Note: Our standard 1-year warranty already includes battery coverage. The extended warranty only applies to the tracker’s core functionality, not the battery after the first year.

  3. Any troubleshooting steps you've already tried
  4. A photo or video showing the problem (recommended)
