Descrizione
Il cuneo MSM è progettato per un allineamento polare preciso, simile a una testa a sfera ma con capacità di regolazione più fine. Presenta quattro manopole e una maniglia, per regolazioni multidirezionali, permettendoti di posizionare il tuo tracker o la tua fotocamera a vari angoli. Sulla parte superiore della piastra a sgancio rapido c'è una vite standard filettata 1/4"-20 in modo da poterci attaccare qualsiasi cosa con vite filettata 1/4"-20.

Manopola A Blocca o sblocca la piastra a sgancio rapido sulla parte superiore

Manopola B & Maniglia:

Manopola B controlla la regolazione dell'altitudine.

La maniglia blocca e sblocca la regolazione dell'altitudine quando viene girata nella direzione della Manopola B o nella direzione opposta, rispettivamente. Basta tirare fuori la maniglia per regolare la sua direzione e questa azione non influenzerà lo stato di bloccato o sbloccato.

Manopola C & Manopola D regolano l'azimut per movimenti precisi a sinistra e a destra in piccoli incrementi.
- Manopola E Vite di fabbrica solo per il collegamento della base, nessuna funzione per l'utente

As i commented the Nomad's light weight and compact size in my initial review, i have taken it with me on my trip to Australia. I have used my Fujifilm X-H2 + XF70-300mm on it and extended the lenses to the largest focal length (full-frame equivalent 450mm), it worked well at least with 20s exposure, just wanted to be safe, and I got most shots usable with fairly round stars. I got my first ever M42 photo! I trust it could certainly work at longer exposure time at this focal length but I didn't have a chance to test it before it got cloudy... Overall I'm really satisfied with this product. Great for travelers and beginners astro fans. But i still urge them to offer a case for carrying it along with all the necessary accessories, which is not easy to find from other places.
The ease of use of this is amazing as I was not shooting night photography because of thinking it would be more complicated but was impressed by how well this was made to make it easy to set up and just start shooting. Thanks so much!
Tired a few other wedges but these are excellent for precision and it takes me just minutes to setup all 3 of them. Another bonus is since switching over I have noticed a lot less dropped frames with the seestar S50’s and also the S30.

Wedge for precise polar alignment
After years of using heavy geared heads for astrophotography I decided to try the MSM wedge, both for its lighter weight but also for improved accuracy when polar aligning.
I've been absolutely blown away by this product. It's really well engineered in aluminium alloy and the quality of the product is clear to see. At just over 300 grams the wedge has more than met my expectations in reducing the weight of my setup.
All in all, a fantastic great value for money piece of kit.
La atención al cliente fue muy buena, la atención de Hanna, perfecta, en todo momento me facilitó la resolución de un error que hubo con el stock, y a pesar de la diferencia horaria que hay respecto a España, siempre recibí mi respuesta, en cuanto al tracker, todo perfecto, con un buen alineado, se consiguen resultados increíbles, ninguna holgura, la capacidad de peso cumple, probado con un 70-200 f2.8 y va perfecto, estamos encantados, pedimos 2, con el kit del laser, Muchas gracias!!

With the wedge i bought the panorama plate, so to be able to rotate more easily. what i noticed there , as i have a tripod from GITZO with bigger base plate, that the screw from the panorama plate is sitting the way! So this plate should be higher so that the screw is not sitting in the way - pity. In the field using this I noticed this and give me some trouble to fix the whole setup properly . Not ideal.
also for the panorama plate, the arca plate base should be removable

I am using it with my SeeStar S50 and Dwarf3, living in HK at latitude of 22.5 degree
There is one "little" problem, the MSM rotator combo and the wedge, can't point to a direction 22.5 degree from horizon!
