1. Utilisez une vis 3/8 "ou 1/4" pour monter le support de téléphone sur le rotateur, le côté avec un niveau à bulle.

It it weren't for 'autofocus' and LED screen magnification, my photography hobby/career would be in real trouble. I'm not blind, but I have visual impairment due to macular degeneration and viewing things through a view finder or telescope is challenging. Now, thanks to iPhone polar alignment with PhotoPills, I can actually do some astrophotography of the Milky Way. Using the bracket to attach my iPhone to the MoveShootMove rotator, I can polar align on the phone screen, even if I can't see Polaris due to clouds, trees, houses, mountains, or bad eyes.
On three different attempts I've been able to get good enough polar alignment to shoot using a 20mm lens with exposures of 1-2 minutes to get nice pinpoint stars. I have not tried longer lenses yet or longer exposure times, so I can't speak to ultimate limitations, but for me, it's been wonderful.
I actually bought the polarscope and laser pointer along with the iPhone bracket so I have all the options, but it's possible I'll never even bother with those other two methods, at least not for Milky Way and big sky photography.
Muy buena la compra, me sorprendió los buenos resultados que he obtenido con la MSM. Totalmente recomendable
So I have spent ages faffing around with the laser, trying to get it calibrated properly only to find on the cold winter nights it's deader than tank tops before I've been able to finish setting up. 'Try the polarscope' I thought, only to find that it isn't that easy to find Polaris under a Bortle 7 sky, and it's awkward to peer through, although the right-angled attachment makes this easier - but if you have trees or buildings in the way it becomes impossible. Step forward the mobile phone holder - it's easy to ensure it's parallel with the MSM, and with an AI app like Photopills the alignment is really straightforward, even if Polaris cannot be seen. I watched some of the videos on YouTube and was set up within a few minutes. It's also great for finding the various celestial targets - again with Photopills (other AI apps are available!!!). The holder is well-constructed and very easy to attach parallel to the MSM, and if you're in the southern hemisphere the phone holder is utterly essential.
I'm now just debating whether to give the MAK telescope a go...
I am having so much fun with the MSM. - Milk Way, star trails and soon I’ll try a longer lens for some more distant objects. While to learning cure has been steep, the support from MSM as well as the MSM FaceBook has been incredible. Initially I had some questions regarding my purchase and setup for the MSM people and each time they responded within 24 hours with detailed information, and links to appropriate documentation and videos. Since that time I have been an active member of the MSM FaceBook, the most helpful, safe and supportive FaceBook group that I have ever been a part of. In addition the moderators, respond quickly and with great patience even to the most simple questions.
Makes aligning with the south pole a piece of cake, my phone works better than my eyes, LOL.
I have now purchased several product including Mak 90 telescope . Sky tracker .lens dew heater and a polar scope all are well made and easy to use for the beginner like myself .I would definitely buy from them again and recommend to friends
Customer service - I rate 5 hundred stars
This mount is a must have in the Southern Hemisphere, used alongside the PhotoPills app alignment is a piece of cake. Very happy with the ease of setup and use
I live in Australia and being located in the Southern hemisphere i am using MSM phone mount. It was very easy to setup with the tracker. Never had any problem for using it with my phone and Photopills app. Highly recommended.
easy to use, does exactly what i wanted
I had been having difficulty doing polar alignment with the illuminator supplied by Skywatcher. Purchasing the Quick Polar Finder by MSM has totally eradicated any problems I encountered. It is quick, easy to use and accurate and has made my initial difficulties with polar alignment a thing of the past.
Excellent and robust product to establish initial polar alignment with the Star Adventurer 2i before fine-tuning with the units polarscope.
MSM has took my astro photography to the next level. Low noise images is no longer a dream. It’s is compact and portable, polar aligning is easy, my whole setup is 2-3kg and it handles it very well! Definitely recommend!
MSMs polarscope is a very nice addition to my portable grab-and-go astrophotography collection. Finally, a chance to experiment with a longer lens! Do a quick alignment with the lazer, and then tune that alignment with the polarscope. With care and patience, it is very quick to polar align and start capturing light. My first light test on Sadr in Cygnus with one minute subs at 135mm show no sign of trailing. (Bortle 4, Nikon d5500, Samyang 135mm, 64 lights and 24 darks, stacked in Siril). Very happy with the results from the addition of MSMs polarscope. Using the universal bracket for lazer and polarscope also makes things tidy, lightweight, and easy to setup.
Love the laser pointer and the brackets. Fit perfectly. It gets the alignment done in seconds. I could track 2 min exposure with my 50mm lens and get pinpoint stars. Highly recommend it!
MSM is a lightweight star tracker for travel and is easy to use.
I still have the first version of the laser and got this one as it is adjustable. The laser seems well made but I still need to play with it a bit more as I’m getting 2 different alignments using the same bracket between version 1 and version 2.
This looks so much better than those 3d printed options available on "the bay". The finer lines should (hopefully) help to get a more precise focus. Can't wait to test this on a W/A lens - just need some clear nights.
solid, steady wedge, fitted to existing tripod without need for any additional bits. really nice bit of kit!
Does exactly what it claims, and my setup was really easy. The tripod makes a huge difference to my photography. I definitely recommend this tripod and attachments. Fabulous.
