I found right angle adapter great, optics good, but the plastic 3d version was a bit too snug. Definitely a tolerence issue! Plus when the thumbscrews came loose the unit fell and the plastic adapter broke at the slots.

I am very pleased the Back/Neck/Knee Saver Right Angle Viewer works well with my iOptron tracker. As an older photographer it gets harder every year to get down to use the bore scope. Along with the two magnifier settings this makes polar alignment much easier especially in dark sky areas.

This product from MSM works perfectly well and adapts excellently to the polar scope. It has what it needs to make my life easier with polar alignment. Exactly what I needed.

Well build at an afordable price. Compatible with some camera brands, that allow 90° view. Also compatible with some star trackers, polar scopes.

Having used this well made viewfinder to reduce the bending over during the process of improving the Polaris alignment is extremely helpful. Easy to adjust, and with the 2x magnification switch, it increases the size of the reticle for accuracy. Happy I purchased it to improve the entire process, after all, it’s supposed to be fun!

I have an older skyguider but this Right Angle Viewfinder fit fine. I have not used it in the field yet but the testing I did do all seems good. Great construction and I feel it will last as long as the guider.

So at 53 degrees north, "leeds, west Yorkshire, England" this is essential, as its almost impossible to view polaris through the scope on it's own, which is a bit of an issue.. but the 90 degree scope adapter is excellent, in fact it should come as standard with the sky guider pro, as without it i would struggle to get good polar alignment, so if your of a certain age and live up't north, this item is for you....
