My Laser Pointer always fails/ does not work?
Answer:
For this problem, we can check two factors to fix this problem.
1. First, please make sure you have removed the little piece of insulating paper inside.
2. Check the battery.
Please check the battery is put in well, not upside down.

3. Charge the battery.
If the battery is put well in place but the laser does not work, it may be low powered. Please charge the battery with the included charger.
4. If all steps above do not work, please try this final way.
Please screw the cap of the laser head and pull the spring inside a little longer; it should be the factory that folds the spring too short to connect the power.
Please contact support if the issue is still not fixed.

If you want to get a backup battery, please search for the 16340 3.6 or 3.7V battery on Amazon or eBay. For the old version of laser, please check the battery model written on the original battery; it should be a 14250 battery. It will be easier to search for this type of battery on eBay.
