I did receive my product but have not needed to use it yet. It appears to be a very nice piece of gear and I'm sure it will serve me well.

Does the job!

I've tested the MSM lens warmers in -8°C, I was able to shoot all night without issues! The three levels of heating to choose from and the long enough cables are just the bonus!

Beware Importation duties

Not your fault but customs is charging me 36.00 euros to import it. Not happy. Cost me 17.99 with a 2 euro Xmas discount, how is that possible to be charged way more than what I actually paid!

Lens warmer

My order was processed on 12/17/2023. It spent time in NY and on 12/23/2023 it was sent to Norman Oklahoma where it sits today 1/17/2024. Why it went to Oklahoma is a mystery since I live on the Outer Banks of NC and am a lot closer to NYC than Norman Oklahoma. I’m thinking that by the time I get the lens warmer it will be summer and I won’t need it!

Item ordered early December 2023. Shipped, but no tracking updates since 12/30/23. Package is "in transit" I have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered.

I never received my order even though it was indicated that it was on the way...I contacted you by email about two weeks ago and was told it was being looked into so far nothing....i ordered you band on December 11th.
